Terms.
These terms apply to the use of truede.be during the pre-launch phase: the waitlist, the optional feedback form, and the contact form. The full terms of service for the Truede platform will publish separately at official launch.
1. Who offers this site
Truede pre-launch is an initiative of SinnaSoft BV, company number BE 0791725975, registered office Lijsterstraat 30, 8450 Bredene, Belgium, email privacy@truede.be. In accordance with Art VI.45 WER (Belgian Code of Economic Law) and the E-Commerce Directive (Dir. 2000/31). Supervisory authorities where applicable: Belgian Data Protection Authority for personal data; FOD Economie / SPF Économie for commercial practices.
2. What this site is
A waitlist and feedback page for a future product (Truede). Today, no service is offered, nothing is sold, nothing is invoiced, nothing is shipped. Truede itself — the marketplace — does not yet exist and therefore cannot create contractual obligations toward users until launch.
3. What you can do here
Sign up for the waitlist, optionally give feedback, or contact us via the press form. Everything is free. Your signup is deletable at any time — one email to privacy@truede.be is enough. Deletion also removes your feedback answers if linked to your email address.
4. The Truede Plus promise for beta testers
Beta testers can earn up to 3 months of Truede Plus free of charge through the beta programme. The conditions:
(a) your email address is still valid when your beta invitation is sent, and you accept the invitation within 30 days of receiving it;
(b) testers in the first hand-picked phase (Phase 0) are granted the 3 months automatically at the transition to the real-transaction phase (Phase 1), subject to active participation during Phase 0 — at least one listing, bid, or chat message;
(c) testers entering during the open beta phase (Phase 1) earn the 3 months in two steps: 1 month on their first published listing, 2 months on their first completed transaction (shipped and mutually reviewed) with an item value of at least €10 — granted to both buyer and seller;
(d) the Plus months are personal, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or other benefits;
(e) in addition to the Plus months, every beta participant receives a permanent beta badge on their public profile, and during the private beta five invite codes to bring friends straight into the closed phase — regardless of whether the Plus months are earned.
Should Truede unexpectedly not launch: we will delete your data and send one email confirming this. No further obligations on either side.
5. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed exclusively by Belgian law. Disputes are submitted to the courts of the judicial district of SinnaSoft BV's registered office, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions.
